With modern root canal treatment, there’s nothing left to be nervous or afraid of!

GentleWave® Technology

Just because the toothaches that accompany the need for root canal treatment are painful, doesn’t mean that the procedure itself has to be. GentleWave® technology ticks all of the boxes when it comes to a more pleasant experience for our patients and a more clinically-sound approach. Using fluid and broad-spectrum acoustic energy, this device is able to thoroughly clean and disinfect the canals of the tooth’s roots. Because of its advanced precision, our patients drastically minimize their need for root canal retreatment due to lingering bacteria.

ZEISS Microscopes

Our office is equipped with ZEISS microscopes, which we use for all of our treatments. This leading manufacturer of all things microscopy features a variety of advanced systems and accessories that makes it excellent for endodontic treatments. Even the most experienced and highly trained Endodontist doesn’t have the ability to view the microscopic bacteria lingering within the inner chamber and roots of a tooth, which is why we don’t take any chances with your health and always use our high-powered microscope.

CT/Cone Beam Scanner

Our cone beam CT scanner is an amazing piece of technology that provides Dr. Scott with an in-depth and detailed view of your entire facial structure, including the inner chamber and roots of teeth, jawbone, facial nerves, and sinuses. It allows our team at Associated Endodontists of Melbourne to create detailed treatment plans with incredibly high success rates, including for root canal retreatment. The image takes less than 30 seconds to capture and allows our team to make sure that every important detail is accounted for during your procedure.
